    Good Morning ave8rr.. We are batting for 760kg. The extra 10kg will allow extra freedoms and compliances. We are back on the drawing board with that one the good news, not all lights are out, there is hope, however it is fun times. KP.

    Thank you Neil, They were good words of encouragement. We will not be caught lying however if a non truth get out please let us know quick as it will be a case of an incorrect interpretation. We are progressing along slowly however the helicopters are the game changer. KP

    The answer to your questions is, "Yes" x 2. As we speak - the paper work is with CASA and is getting a favourable response. The other part of ELAAA we will be administering the small end of non commercial helicopters. KP

    Hello Kyle, You are correct regarding heart conditions. The people with undiagnosed heart problems are at a big risk. What I have seen and witnessed and the situations were not good outcomes for the victims. Hence the biggest unannounced heart problems come from the undiagnosed brigade. The people with diagnosed problems get warnings during their monitoring process and actions are taken to correct the problem forthwith. Oh! I tell you all when a heart problem is detected "monitoring" becomes a way of life. KP

    We were doing so well, however the registration register has gone back to the drawing board. The change of CASA directors has given us more work however no one has ever drowned in their own sweat. as soon as there is a clear path ahead I will let everyone know. No one wants to step outside the square. KP.

    Hello Kyle, 760kg is the one not 750kg. As I am not up to full speed the 760kg will cover the likes of the C150s and other 2 seaters around that range 750kg is a bit light for 4 of them. KP

    Hello Frank, OK..??????. Had a little thought. The big question, what else is placed under heading of, "Advertising". The headings are one thing - but analyse what populates these headings, that is where all the interesting details will be revealed. For an example in this case:- *airfares *accommodation *PR exercises just to name a couple which could be included in "Advertising". KP

    Yep..."New Brooms Sweep Clean"...:- If only the broom drivers left their ego at the gate and assessed the situation on its merit, there would not be so much waste of resources and asset restructure. All this happens under the banner of "saving"? You know there are a lot of good structure implemented, well use it. Not all is wrong or useless. Normally when we see these broom sweepers in action tells me the wrong person has been employed. KP.

    Good Morning SDQI, Considering your thoughts on the L1. L1 is a fill in exam? The L1 covers the uncomplicated maintenance. I can not understand why there is no need for a practical component, there is more to maintenance than having a read about it. Hence why have the L1 when it is only a read only exercise and fill in exam? What does it prove? For me, "I can read and comprehend English". KP

    Do not be gullible Sue, What you are saying is continued education, CE. So how is another exam CE? Where is the updated knowledge coming from? There should be training programs rolled out. The L1 and L2 removed, Till one jumps through the hoops which are more complex than originally performed, just complexity not knowledge. As for the L1 done on line with no practical content, this practical content is the part which demonstrates dexterity skills. A parrot can learn the read only content. OK?? Who is doing all the question answering at the computer desk? There is no proof of who is there. Could be someone with a cheat sheet helping? KP.

    Hello Bruce, Very valid question.. However look at it this way.. Do you have to renew your * Uni. Degree every 2 years * Trade qualifications * Drivers licence * Diplomas Once you have been awarded these qualifications they are legally yours for life only for a couple of provisos here and there. Why the L1 and L2 are different? I think there are some egos out there who are just wanting to remind us that they are special and have to be worshipped. KP.

    Have a read of the new Tech. Manual which was formulated in secret. See what is there. There will be a section where the annuals will fit nicely. Why would a document be shrouded in so much secrecy, the members did not get to hear about it till it was signed off by CASA. While on the reading phase scrutinise the Opps Manual see what is there.
