    As I said before jetr. The answer to the viewings, "Not all L2.3.4." Got to see not even the first draft of Tech. Manual let alone the final. Taking the information Frank provided I do wonder who is running the organisation. The other important point to consider, if the Tech. Manual is altered in any way it is to be represented to CASA as it is another document. I do believe there is no intention of changing the Tech. Manual those comments, we will correct it, is only lip service to appease the critics. KP

    At least the the L2.3.4 people should have seen it because it concerns them. The other big question as you know a lot about it, how dose it fit with Part 149? Part 149 is what we are about to come under. If it is not compliant with Part 149 it equates out to be a deficient document. KP

    Hello gandalph, Rod has answered the question, " Was done in secret". I can remember the yell regarding secrets, well this is the biggest exercise in deception I have seen. This manoeuvre has answered a lot of questions for me. This is supposed to be a members organisation. KP

    OK.. Must have been a very select few. How come then, there was information sent about "When the tech. manual was ready it would be sent to CASA for approval" When all this information was being sent about the manual had already been to CASA for approval. Well one could stretch the viewings and drop the grass route members.. at least... Give the L2.3.4 have a look and some input NOT all of those people had the opportunity. KP

    Hello Don, Here I am again. I am wondering why all the moaning. I can remember the crowd yelling long and hard regarding the constitution none of them were really listened to. In my view that is very unfair that their concerns were not addressed, so now this situation has arisen. To top all that I must ask, why the Tech Manual was not shown to the members before it was sent to CASA for approval? What is next? In my view, looks like there was some poor advice handed out. KP

    Good Morning Don, You and I at it again. You have forced me to make few corrections. *I have been unrelenting on the constitution as I did promise a friend I would do my level best regarding the inconsistencies. I wanted the people to look at the broad implications of agreeing with an unfinished article. *Ops. and Tech. manuals who would copy them, they need a lot of correcting. I thought intellectual property was supposed to be accurate and beyond reproach. *No personal profit involved with company as you are a special company accountant you will be up to speed with that one. So the profit line can be forgotten as of now. Forget the profit thingy. KP

    People get about with the modern words - transparency and safety oh what fun they have with them. Just consider what they mean - to me they are incorporated into a structure so someone can be blamed. All just because some one did not open their eyes. KP

    You are on the money F_H, has been my concern for a long time Home build, Amature Build, Experimental build . It is amazes me so many of the number of instruments which are in the big GA stuff started life in our little aircraft. Simple they got hold of put in (1)Made it more expensive (2)Then got it certified. Whacko all the testing, experiment was done where did it all end up.... .????????. "Home/amature/experimental is dangerous but where did their good innovations end up?

    Bit of news for you Sue, I Keith Page did not post the ELAAA Pty. Ltd.. ASIC registration on face book. Yes I did make comment, governed by reasons obvious to every one. The comments were made because of the shananigans going on within the RAAus regards the opps manual, tech manual and the constitution, with an alternative organisation to manage the running of the light aircraft. Would not you think they will move their business to where there is clear direction and no politics. That one is not hard to work out. KP

    They need a section of, questions with out notice, if that is not the case, well the meeting will be a waste of time. When there is a fudged answer no one can pursue the fudge, they get away with their fibs. If they are honest the questions from the floor would be welcomed not "Shut Down". KP

    What Frank is saying it is a case of the same old stuff. When were told we needed all these new board people with extra special skills, look what the members did, put the old ones back in. Well where is the truth nothing has happened as we were told what was going to happen, a dodgey constitution, opps manual and tech manual. What a show. KP

    The insurance issue caused a noise a few year ago when Steve Runciman was accused of fraudulent activity. The experts took over and the insurance has been dodgey ever since. So here we go again. What would be the case if they were not experts. KP

    It is lazy marketing to degrade the opposition, the situation is much better if one gets out and markets more efficiently. It is a waste of time and effort to sit and bag the opposition, that time is better spent moving ahead. So if someone gets off their but and does something better they need respect and curtesy for having the foresight. KP
