    What Frank is saying it is a case of the same old stuff. When were told we needed all these new board people with extra special skills, look what the members did, put the old ones back in. Well where is the truth nothing has happened as we were told what was going to happen, a dodgey constitution, opps manual and tech manual. What a show. KP

    The insurance issue caused a noise a few year ago when Steve Runciman was accused of fraudulent activity. The experts took over and the insurance has been dodgey ever since. So here we go again. What would be the case if they were not experts. KP

    It is lazy marketing to degrade the opposition, the situation is much better if one gets out and markets more efficiently. It is a waste of time and effort to sit and bag the opposition, that time is better spent moving ahead. So if someone gets off their but and does something better they need respect and curtesy for having the foresight. KP

    How great to see expansion like this. I had a pass through the region two weeks ago, I saw a small industry in the region - with the airport it gives them an option to tap into the China market. What I did observe China wants things on their terms, NO is my answer got to be mutual.

    Hello Don, I would not be running about being excited about the old old guard, old guard and the new modern guard, this fiasco is not over. There are some factors still smouldering away and I will name some (1) How the "Yes" vote was arrived at. (2)Tech. Manual how it was rolled out (3)How the new constitution was arrived at. (4)How this election was performed. I personally would not be running about crowing, "How good things are". Under Don's admission voting was "Dismal". Wonder why? I like Franks parting comment, "We will see". What is so annoying regarding all these expert experiments with management and structure, we all have to suffer while the experts are out experimenting.     Good point F_T. The place is not full of harmony at the moment with the *Constitution *Tech. Manual being released and not being correct at the time of release. The Tech. Manual was released before the members could have a look at it and we were told it would be out for reading before it was sent to CASA for approval. While all this was going on it had been to CASA for approval. Now we are told have a look and we can fix it. Here is a problem if the Tech. Manual is altered in any way it is to go to CASA for approval as it is new manual. Don.That one is not going to wash for me. KP

    I think it about time another management organisation evolved. Because RAAus is no way a members organisation. Pity the old style board did not live a bit longer, Frank would have done a great job for avaiation see how he is demonstrating the truth he one lier caught out. I really like the way he conducts himself. He actually quotes the regulation and mentions how all fits together. I see on this thread a board member saying Frank is not correct, my answer for that. What hope have we got. Frank is correct as he researched the issue and quoted how things fit together. See how 01rmb #56 has added his slant into thread a lot of people are putting thought into this. Planesmaker #50 he also has put some knowledge to work. We are just getting wool pulled over our eyes. Even turbo has twigged on even F_T is onside hence there is a lot of accuracy here. KP

    Good on you planesmaker, He is on the board and is coming up with those great statement "OR OR" Is that what the manual was supposed to say and is a mistake? KP

    Ron5335, *If the amendments are accepted it will become a new document and the approval process again. *You say CASA gave it a green light. OK???.How happy were they? What traps are they thinking about? You alluded CASA is happy.. How do you know? did you check? *Why not have a final document we all sorta approve of before approval not that hard. This what has happened puts more fuel on the suspicion fires. KP

    Hello Tony, I wonder why it had been presented to CASA for approval when at the same time we were being told it was being finalised and all would have an opertunity to have a look before presentation. With changes it will become a new document and will have go through all the approval processes again. Same as the constitution, ""We know it is not correct but give it a yes then we can fix it on our journey."" Why not do things correctly in the first place:- Looks like you fellow writers need a staged inspection on these important documents as you build them too. KP

    Hello Rod, The arrogance of the way the Tech. Manual was put out is a disgrace. The lie involved of saying it was still in formulation and all the members will have a look in due time BUT the Tech. Manual all ready been to CASA for approval. The other point you mentioned have look and it will be changed????. If it is changed it then becomes a new documents do has to presented again. In the mean time destabilises and dividesRAAus further. Why not present the Tech. Manual in an open and honest way not this hidden process. KP
