Hi Mat its been to wet on the runway here on the flats so l been using the drifter on the hill l showed you , the other runway l use l trailer the fox to has been all pugged up by the cows it wont be read for a while ,once it drys out we will have to get together and go for a trip, and we cant do that until you get your finger out and finish yours. cheers Geoff.

Hi Tomo if you where in victoria you could take my skyfox for a run it doesnt do enough in the air l mainly fly the drifter mainly due to the run way we have very short 180 mts no suitable for the fox. As far as keeping an aircraft if it cost me $10.000 a year l couldnt afford them dont know where some people get there figures from.

Hi John how much higher than standard is your screen, l cut a new screen for mine it is 800mm from top to bottom, l have no flutter but my mate copied mine and he has a lot of flutter is there any other things that can cause flutter. cheers Geoff.

Measured off 100, 200, 300 meter marks this afternoon. Fueled up to 2/3rds full (60 odd liters.) Myself 57kg, and 10kg of ballast up front, and pretty much nil wind on the strip. I could get it off the ground in about 100 mt, but 150 is much more comfortable for a stop start. Landing is a good 200mt for a safe outcome, 300mt is more comfortable. These were just rough guesstimations, and definitely don't take it for solid advice, as it is just my observations. Temp was about 18 deg C, 1100ft amsl. Hi there is a some on ebay to suit 6.00x6 wheels Item number: 330604346410 They should the drifter they are not hard to fit l had to modify mine when l put my blackmax brakes on .l have a spare set for my drifter most are like me wanting to keep them just in case my get damaged . cheers Geoff.

l would be intrested in one for my skyfox for that price the ones in USA are about $300 to $600.

Hi Frank l have just purchased some AP 303 from Wayne he said to put in on every three months . also he said if l want to make my skin last just paint the top with an type of paint the only thing was if l needed to remove them it would not be easy. Have you had much improvement with the skins lasting longer by using AP303. cheers Geoff

Hi Frank l will try your way l will trace around my numbers then clean them with thinners and paint them on . Will my neck still be on after painting them upside down. cheers Geoff. ps .what is the most time that you have had out of a set of wing skins.

Hi could someone please tell me what are the best method of attaching rego numbers to sail cloth currently l am using the vinyl stick ons from my local sign writter l am having to restick them on after each flight is there some better system. thanks Geoff.

Hi i have done two aircraft with ceconite and one with timber the other was aluminium l glued both with great sucsess put the glue one the ribs let dry then after you have shrunk material to the right tension then reactervate the glue with dope. cheers Geoff.

Why have any taps at all why not run everything into one feeder tank just gravity feed each tank equaly ,l dont have any taps in any off my aircraft my drifter or my skyfox then there is no mistakes.
