  1. Thanks Glenn, Yeah the are fun and dead set easy to fly when you get the hang of them. Thanks for your reply
  2. Hey there, I'm a student pilot currently learning to fly Trikes at Caboolture Microlights.
  3. Yes for sure. It's a bit pre-mature of me to be asking this sort of question. Since taking up flying, i get a bit excited with ambitions. But yes your right, between Crezzi with the trikes and Zane Tully at Pro sky Caboolture, i'm pretty well looked after. The only thing i regret is not taking it up sooner. Ah well, i'm 34 so i haven't left it too late. This forum is a God send as well, I will learn alot from it. Thanks again Tomo, Troy
  4. Thank you NW, your info cleared it all up for me. You covered pretty much what to expect. Like you said, fly it the way your taught. I appreciate it, thanks
  5. Thanks Tomo, The info you gave me was great. Although i am and will do all the training i can at Caboolture, i live closer to Redcliffe Airfield and i have heard they are pretty strict with check flights, which is understandable. It's good to get the info from someone who's done it. Anyway, Thank you for your help, much appreciated.
  6. Thats funny, i love it
  7. I like that one, what a crack up! Keep it off your schnauzer! Ha
  8. What a story and a half!! Poor ole Wee Two! Thanks for posting, i enjoyed reading it.
  9. Just out of curiosity, I was reading about aircraft hire. I'm still a while away until i have to worry about it but most airfields require a check flight before you hire. I'm just wondering whats involved in that. Any info would be appreciated, Thanks. Scoob
  10. Awesome Darky, Well done!!

  12. Hi David, Thanks alot for your message. Being new to flying, it is encouraging to know that. I'm sure like a lot of new people who take up flying, i have many plans for the future. Thanks once again, Cheers
  13. Hey Dazza, Thanks for your reply. I will be happy to post my progress. I come from a skydiving background with 679 jumps. A back injury put me out for some time so i decided to look into microlights and while only new to it, i love every bit of them. Next lesson: Circuits!! Can't wait. Thanks again, Scoob.
  14. Thanks Darky, I'll Check out ur blog. See ya mate!
  15. Thanks Tommo, Yes i'm under the instruction of John Cresswell. I'm probably responsable for any grey hairs or bald spots he might have by now! But seriously, although i'm only 8 hours into my training, he is a awesome instructor. Thanks for the reply, See ya!
