    I'm sure that more than a few of us have vocabularies that would make a bullocky blush, and that isn't an issue in an appropriate place. But.....the rules say we're not supposed to use profanity, even disguised, in the forums. (forum rules 2.8 if you want to look it up.) We're all big boys and girls but there are some that do find the messages offensive. Please have a think about whether you really need to include that 'colourful' word or expression in a post before hitting the send button. Ta Muchly

    Guys, I've removed your ARNs and RAA membership numbers from your posts. Once Google gets hold of those sorts of detail, you increase the risk of mysteriously applying for loans or racking up a credit card debt in Nigeria or similar. It's safer to place those sort of details into your profiles and then locking your profiles down to members only. ;)

    I've no idea of what's going on Teckair. What concerns me more is that, if a Tech Manager was permitted to resign in lieu of being dismissed, i.e. to allow that person to depart with dignity, WTF is it doing being aired on here and who breached confidence and leaked it?

    Please keep in mind that Steve Bell is human with a sense of dignity - just like the rest of us. Whether the hearsay is right or wrong, he and others concerned may not wish to have the matter discussed publicly. If a request to remove the thread is received from those affected parties, it will be removed without question. If the thread deteriorates into an axe grinding session, it's definitely a goner.
