  7. And , the ' roller ' door loses it's springs. & forever closing down on you . But those ' electric roller doors ' just jam , ( at the most awkward time ) . I haven't seen a ' horizontal roller door ' Yet . spacesailor

  9. Don't rely on the OLD compass , you could pass over an ' anomaly ' . And do they last forever ! . Without a periodic ' oil-change ' . LoL spacesailor
  10. Interesting read !. Were did all these mysterious anomalies come from so suddenly ! . AND if only small , on a longish flight , wouldn't it cancel itself out after passing the anomaly. spacesailor
  11. 9G That's a lot More than most aircraft wings can stand!. My Hummel is 6 G . So at 9 G the wings drop off . spacesailor
  12. BUT Every compass is different, hence you Have to ' turn " the aircraft or boat , to all four cardinal points of said compass & write that error on a " proper " card. Not just a scrap of paper ( tea bag box is a strong cardboard ) , cut to fit in the appropriate ' holder beside your compass . ALL very ' old school ' , just in-case your " gps stops working ,! & your brain retains the knowledge to use mental arithmetic spacesailor

  25. We " Mitsubishi Delica " owner's often put an extra oil filter in , as the factory one is in a " dangerous " position, right above a bolt shank , so easily pierced. . One filter or two kits , with little difference in the price or fitting. spacesailor
