    Not only ' retiring ' but getting pushef off the register! . A Great ' satellite ' training school ,was knocked back for not dotting the eye's, of buearocrasy. A young female instructor ( between Orange & Dubbo ) knocked back for ' Airfield ' inadequacy . And thats just my Personal involvement. spacesailor

    Related to Flying ! , Like a None pilot OWNER . My wife Owns a car but does Not have a license !. If the Mere public wins a ' Sirus SR22 '' Are they going to be Banned from flying ,! & not have that ' RED' card , when their chauffeur drops them off at YSSY , Lots of reasons to get that red card , flying merely one of them . spacesailor

    Bosi72 If we mere none flying people ( public ) . Apply & recieve a ' red asic card ' , would that negate ANY use of the same card for the ' minority ' flying public . After all we would have been daft enough to pay, for what is not warranted for the majority. spacesailor

    AND, what ' servo ' will sell '' aviation '' unleaded ethanol infused fuel . Knowing it could fall on their own head . When filling your can of super petrol . for ' aviation ' , do you tell the servo were it will be used . spacesailor

    '' Ambient temperature of ' tin shed ' '' Sydney, outside air temp 38 & Inside closed all day Garage ! . Just touching that 40 degree's. Cooler than I expected my half painted roof must be working . Plus I now have ' foliage ' on the sunny side wall . spacesailor

    Ambiant tempreture of ' tin shed ' in summer would hit ,very close to 50°C . I know that as I recorded a fifty in my Sydney ' tin ' garage, later, I painted a part of the roof white , it dropped a degree or two . AND, a Lot of my AGM batteries died !. And , I do mean , close to dozen sitting as weights on the ' dinghy shed . No more AGM BATTERIES for me . Wet / Flooded . Today's ambiant temps wil be 38° ish , & when I open my ' tinshed ' garage, I'll check that temp above my work-bench . spacesailor

    Was that seat-belt bolt only through the ' skin ' & not through a glassed indoubler or lontitudle stiffener of some substance. I have heard of the undercarriage bolts pulling through . spacesailor

    I have just tried the link to " globe.adsExchange " . And my old galaxy FROZE . I Had to hold the off button down to switch it off , then a couple of minutes later to restart, & here I am . No problems with those toy ones . LoL spacesailor

    As it's Raa caturgary , I didn't think it would be 20,000 to 40,000 feet hight to get icing !. BUT The answer leaves a lot of worry , if the " moisture content " of the air gets as high as Darwin . With no tempreture equation involved . spacesailor

    '' I would like a four point harness though. '' Five point is best . If leg/waist belt gives way your arms fold behind you , as shoulder are pulled through the top straps . That fifth part goes down past your crotch holding , Those shoulder straps tighter . ( a little lesson from S E S car smashes ) . spacesailor

    I scrapped my obsolete marine EPIRB, and I found the antenna wire disconnected !. IE was never solderedon th the airial tag . Bill Belcher had two dudd ones, thats why I checked mine . ( a good story ) . spacesailor

    Hear Here ?. Make them use an expesive sextant ( bubble for flying ) . I, We were not alowed calculators when doing Our test . Why change things for the New generations. LoL Make them suffer , as we did. Think Safety, stop all flying , so No accidents. spaciesailor
