The person mowing the runway uses a ' remote controlled ' mower .
I gave away model flying when leaving the UK . Still have a few motors though .

My older brother put a few of my designs into it .
WOK or WOKE . by any name a " fry pan " .
Or how to spell these new languages that mustn't offend the offendable .
It will soon be an offence to open a door for the next person .

Do you actually run IC engines in your planes .
Sydney seems to have outlawed those & now it's the noisy prop electric only .
I can hear them 2 to three kilometres away at my house , when it's flying day.
Council by laws , AND WE HAVE A CANDIDATE, standing against
" wok & anticar " In our Council elections this time .
( we have a road that has become " single file for cars after they took half the road for cyclists).

I bought a five point harness for the Hummel-Bird.
But weight saving decreed a simple lap belt .
No credit for ' safety ' of those heavier " safety " harness.

Who's brother , I purchased a boat from .
so no fishing trips , with experienced fishing members .

I agree .
if you have split rims . Terrible having a hole in the new tube , after ' pinching ' the tube with the tyre levers . LoL . been there done that .
spacesailor
I have carried one for years . off-roading , it was never used , as when the tyre was flat , it usually had a bigger hole than could be fixed without a ' patch ' inside the tyre
Two punctures on the " silver city hwy " .
I also carried a bigger none pressurised
Plastic-bottle of " green slime " which has suddenly ( after many years ) split while sitting on a shelf . ( it's OK for ' bindii type leaks ) .

It took longer than I thought it should have, learning to " push " the rudder, instead of turning with a ' front-wheel ' steering " boxcar " .
I see a " trike " has the " boxcar " steering . Followed by " weight-shift " steering when airborne.

It is , a nose wheel ( for training ) .
And can be easily modified to a ' tailwheel ' at a time the owner is confident in their flying abilities.
