  2. I have an " anr " head set , it works equally well while mowing my lawn . LoL It reduces the exhaust noise as well as electrical , while listening to a tape or radio . spacesailor

  14. Unlike me . They all use what is specified. Have you seen the size of those ' Old ' VW spark plugs . I will try anything to save a " gram " or two . Plus the " original " plugs are no longer manufactured. spacesailor
  15. Has Dave , at the Oaks . Got that IOR discount . I sometimes buy 20 litres from him . So , two dollars off the twenty litres . Three hours engine runtime with the two litres reserve . Now how much per litre ? . ( to see if I can afford avgas ) . LoL spacesailor
  16. An older but well maintained Jabiru on " Pickles Milperra ", 1995 553J LSA model. Nice looking two seater . It ends Monday But nowhere for me to park it , spacesailor

  18. I'm told " synthetic " is ' Less ' sticky than 30w grade. As I give my motor lots of turns to raise the oil pressure It should be good to go with lots of oil already circulating In the cold motor . spacesailor
  19. I'm told to use " none " synthetic oil in my " old " style half Volkswagen motor . ( 30 w ) But I like the new oil that ' thicken's ' as it heats up . ( there's a name for that ) .. 20/50 w, runs like 20 when cold but is like a 50 w when hot . spacesailor
  20. Kevinblack . Cheap " aircraft " . My " Hummle Bird " is costing me " peanuts " partially as I haven't got a flight certificate. Even flying at 6 litres per hour , seems ridiculous, compared to most ' light ' planes. spacesailor
