I got mine online work fine just an option or enother choice :-)
It just my back up unit I keep in the plane for ground work or if I have a problem with the main unit

I have one of these unit seem to work good
Most are far and between but I have to admit there are the odd one that pop up now and then like yours that have been superseated for enothe or boss has spoken
u be correct in what your saying, u will fined it very hard to find an true ultralight aircraft out there these days let alone a true utralight instructor or tail wheel trainer these day most train in lsa aircraft !
personaly I hope that we Don't lose our roots as the reason the AUF started was for Afordable Ultralight Aircraft Fun and cheap flying for all not just the well off It be ashame to lose what started it all

If ya won't more weight go LSA or GA not RAA keep it light and below 80 knots anything above should not be classed as an ultralight "thats only my opion "
As it is your flat out finding ultralights in our RAA magazine most are LSA Craft we lost the plot in my opion
i disagree my two stroke are as reliable as any four banger ' i had three with out a problem 'over 17 years never an engine fail comes back to maintains and proper engine management works for me
