    wayne i am in noway having ago at you just to let you know i changed the oil and plugs in my 24 reg aircraft if the aircraft was to be used for hire and reward my actions were illegal as they were not complated by a l2 this is stated by xxxxx neil

    johnm you are on the button what i have is a very grave situation after the 10 sept court case i will post more with writen facts from so called experts and so callled writers of the raa manual at least i have put money on what i am doing not like some who hide and winge when something goes wrong neil

    warning warning dont go any where near vero inc warning warning dont go neat shepair for repaires warning warning dont get charles taylor avaition involed will cost you over $60.000 in legal fees and dont complain to raa about a l2 and dont complain to CASA about a lame for insurance when i had my plane on cross hire at shep it was $5000.00 for $80000.00 hull abitno and ground allso when it was being transported on the trailer the plane is it factory build or out of the box some one else has build the what ifs can and will bite should the sxxx hit the fan neil

    chris flying to training area one day the instructor made the coment about a strip that we were about to fly over 3 minuates later the mongral pulled the power and said the moter just shxx itself land we were at 45oo ft i set up at best glide speed started looking for a good landing area found a paddock with a few trees i would have landed there his comment was what in hell was wrong with landing on the strip just behind you (my plane doesant have rearvision mirrors) just keep in mind what you have just flown over may save you when you fly the wheather not good in front take a look behind saved me a couple of times trying to get out of melb through the kilmore gap neil Quote formatting corrected - Mod

    i did have my aircraft on line it was insured for abitno flight training so as people learning were not at risk my understanding of your case you would be total responsable should you have an incident and would be liable for all cost and the loss of earnings of that aircraft as pilot incomand do not take out insurance on someone elses aircraft as the aircraft may be under finance to someone else as previous stated if the aircraft is not insured dont fly it neil

    you insurance provider holds you by the short and curly they can refuse you insurance they can refuse to pay out they will pay out when notified in writing not to pay your repairer:smash pc: they dont have to notify you that they have paid that is what i am finding with vero insurance neil

    i hit power wires the plane was repaired by l2 lame at shepparton with these problems he sighned it out neil

    when i made a writen compaint to raa about a level 2 lame just a civil mattermy plane was was being used for abitno training holding my self acountable as to the storch not being in a safe flyable condition as the person that had sighned the maitainence release had sighned it out with bent engine frame tear in leading edge of wing bent rudder peddles no weight and ballance done after repair not rigged right egt not working flap indercator not working crack in windscreen i took it out off service flying hours 270 from march o7 aug 07 while on line at shepparton at this time shepp had 2 gazelles ctw and jab all online talk about pass the buck no dont get me started on accountabilty responsabilty legal action seems to be the in thing these days it is no wonder that i am geting phone calls about repaires done to planes that are ilegal and down right dangerous who i the hell cares not me says the seller it is sighned out as airworthy or somebody said it was a good buy i could have sold my plane after it was repaired and not told the buyer that the plane had problems put it into a flying school then the school crashes it their problem as for the raa to write to me and say civel matter not on 8th sept roll on court day the action begins neil
