    Greetings all Had a chat with the Contes manufacturers of Aerochute and Peter from Bolly and they have a new ground adjustable wide blade 55 inch prop which has the same climb rate as a 62 inch prop used on the Aerochute without changing the the line guard ,retailing around $1250 from Bolly .Sounds like a good deal especially given the more clearance from the lines which would be 1 1/2 inch extra clearance compared to using a 58 inch IVO prop,which is the standard used prop.

    I read it could nave been the changeover in the fuel going from a rubber based fuel to a more synthetic type fuel which may have contributed to the explosion.Pretty sure they will sort it out as they did with the early Gemini program disasters prior to the Apollo moon landing.

    Please be warned this Aerochuting stuff gets pretty addictive also its pretty cheap.I have even managed to get a small sleepy country town wanting a piece of it.

    I guess everybody to there own,But then it could open up a whole can of worms,where you would need to take your troubled engine to a rip off mechanic to fix the complex engine.I l still love working on my simple trusty affordable 503,after all isnt recreational flying meant to be that way.Just my opinion.

    Gday Greg Sorrry about your divorce.Ilike your idea about about the Magic Laser Trikes,I got a Magic Laser wing just recently for my single seater.I was in the process of trying to register it with the HGFA ,I gave up on them after not hearing from them for 4 months, (waste of time).I signed up with the RAA and presto,got a rego allocation number within a week of posting the forms.Hope all goes well with yours.Cheers.
