  1. Will you take a picture?
  2. Provide hub dimensions, diameter, thickness, diameter and hole location.
  3. Did you find it yet? Making such a propeller costs us 423 euros, steel protection will add another 70 euros.
  4. The diameter is 65.3”, but it is possible to make it smaller.
  5. Did you find the propeller? You wanted a left-handed pulling propeller? A cheap one? Well, here it is!
  6. Another one has been prepared for the U.S.
  7. There are goods that are not used, they are only sold and bought.
  8. Rotax also has 110 hp engines and the same weight. But all attempts to use them on airplanes were unsuccessful. The Rotax-618 engine was never brought to an acceptable level of reliability and was discontinued. I will be very glad if my information is outdated and Italian manufacturers managed to solve this problem.
  9. Dear facthunter! I have a big personal favor to ask of you. Please call and ask Gareth Lacey Australia +61 0412722621 to contact me urgently. I have an order ready for him, but he is not answering emails and watsapp calls. I am worried if something has happened to him.

Sorry I have just seen this but I recall I did ask David Issaac's about him but wasn't able to confirm his status. That was quite a while ago. Hope you are going OK. Regards  Nev

I just got through on the Phone and hear it's all delivered etc Gareth is very happy with the prop. We had a long talk about the engine and redrive and where our ancestors emigrated from at about the same time (1860) All were Coal Miners.  regards Neville Hunter. [email protected].

This is incredible! Thank you for your help!

  10. Coated with two coats of yacht varnish.
  11. Thank you. I'm glad to hear that. That propeller went to Poland. We're making a new one, this time for the soul:
  12. Thank you very much for your warm wishes! I wish you and Liechtenstein prosperity!
  13. I apologize if I'm boring you. Let me show you what I got as a decorative propeller. 71".
  14. Yesterday I sent off another propeller to the US for VW. The previous one went to France (first two pictures). Despite the problems with our wood production, it continues, though not as fast. The decorative propeller will soon go to Poland.
  15. Finally, we have prepared and sent the next ordered wooden propeller to France. Due to defense orders, the customer had to wait for a very long time. Nevertheless, the next one for the USA will be dispatched in a few days.
  16. I've had some experiences. Completely negative. Unrecoverable shaking and power is not more than 60-70 hp. Complete helplessness and deception of dealers. Incomprehensible answers of the manufacturer. I do not advise anyone. The practical value of the Rotax-582 engine is higher.
  17. Finished a decorative propeller of minimal cost. That's where we left off. Flaxseed oil with dissolved wax. I hope the Finnish customer likes it. Took a couple weeks to make - a bit long. But the customer will get it cheap.
  18. We plan a decorative wooden propeller from a simple pine board. We do our best for our Finnish colleagues. Unfortunately, it's very cheap - it's even awkward to say.
  19. Of course you can. Even papier-mâché. But we want to ensure maximum strength and service life equal to the service life of the entire airplane. At a reasonable price.
  20. Don't be surprised. Ukraine is indeed a mysterious country. 76% of the population has higher education. Alas, we used to make our own airplanes, now we only make parts for other people's airplanes.
  21. The matrix for making this panel is shown below. Now you can make as many light and strong panels as you want for the Cessna C-150/152. Of course, it is more difficult and longer than ABS or polyester resin. But the advantages of heated epoxy plastic in terms of life, strength and weight are undeniable. You can even make it out of carbon fiber if you want.
  22. Here would like to hear about the problems with plastic parts of Cessna airplanes. For some reason, what we get in our hands is all cracked, heavy, literally falls apart in our hands. Recently such rear interior panels were sent to me from Austria. They arrived in a huge box. One panel was already broken in half, and there were many splinters inside. In a gentle attempt to lift it, it broke in two again. The whole thing was covered with numerous cracks. Nevertheless, our experts managed to scan this horror. We have milled the dies and can produce these panels from a strong and lightweight fiberglass epoxy that is unafraid of age, ultraviolet radiation and does not support combustion. We now have another piece of this well-deserved airplane in our collection. The photo is of the parts sent in. There is a whole pile of wreckage nearby. Don't be surprised by the wood, I am heating the stove to save gas. We're already snowed in.
  23. RV-7 main fairing - about 900 g. RV-10 main fairing - 1830 g. RV-10 nose fairing - 1450 g. With nuts terminated. I apologize for the use of the SI system.
  24. I don't remember the exact weight right now. I'll have to look in the records. I think they would fit many airplanes with similar wheel sizes.
