Hi MajorTom, here is the response from Browns they seem typically American i.e. very efficient: Hi Richard, Thanks for contacting us. We can fit these items in a "Flat Rate" International Priority Mail box from our post office. The box can weigh up to 20 lbs, and this shipment will weigh about 18-1/2 lbs. The cost for this shipment is $86.95. The normal transit time is 10-14 business days.
