    I bought one from the previous dealer (Reg Brost) when I was at his place. I am not up to the point in my construction where this will be needed yet. Hopefully, it will be all good when the time comes.

    So far, I have built the horizontal stabiliser, the elevator, the trim tab, the rudder (and the ICP rudder extension), the fin and all four flaperons. So far, all the holes have lined up somehow in all of these ten parts. In some cases, they did not initially appear to line up but (in the manner described by Bob above*) I have always managed to line up the holes so that the rivets could join the components. I would strongly advise that you do not run the drill through any of the the holes to make them fit, but instead, try to make the holes line up with a podger. * "if it won't stitch together in one direction, try it from the other direction."

    It's very unlikely that the VCO is user/owner adjustable.

    Most likely the Voltage Controlled Oscillator.

    Viking 130 engines, although really good, are heavy. If you changed to a Viking 130, you may just have enough weight remaining for the pilot and the tanks filled with fuel and you'd reach your extended 560 kg (1,234 lb) weight limit. You will only be able to carry a feather for a passenger.

    I am using a product made by Cortec. It is a US-manufactured water-based primer that is applied very thinly. Many North American Zenith aircraft builders use this product.     According to the above chart, the AM13 is just 5 lb (2.2 kg) heavier than the 100 hp Rotax 912. I wonder if Aeromomentum Australia could confirm this?
