    Well I have a 1988 hilux here on the farm, as to getting parts it is actually easier now than when it was brand new because the availability of after market parts. Plus I can do it online with the push of a button.

    I've got a 1988 Hilux here on the farm I have had it since new its got just over 500,000 klms on the clock.It just used ordinary Delo 500 oil without any additives.Now are people saying that I could do better with putting additives in my engine.So how many more klms will this extend the engine in the lux?

    For those interested in slope soaring .It's called the Manilla slopefest held each year at Mt Borah Nsw which is where they had the 2007 world para gliding championships. There is a airstrip and camping and facilyties down the bottom of the Mt. This is the 8th year with pilots coming from the U.S,New Zealand,South Africa for 8 days of flying. Have a look here. Manilla Slope Fest Australia 2017 - RC Groups I have been going every year and been having a ball. Normally we get close to a 100 pilots flying over the 8 days.     As I live on the western side of the great divide I want a plane that doesn't need a airport or airstrip for that matter. I like to explore out of the way places and a good stol plane will take me there. Thats on my bucket list.

    I am using the justaircraft superstol as a reference. Engine Engine FWF Just Aircraft FWF Kit That is close to having your engine running mounted in the plane with a prop and cowl. With the rotax it will be a engine sitting on the floor.
