Yeah, me granny had a Fine China dinner set. I think what is overlooked here is that the ‘china’ of today is not the china of century’s past. The current ‘entity’ that is called china has only existed for 70 odd years. When the European trading posts were set up the area were a mess of little kingdoms and feuding war-lords roughly interpreted by the then western observers as a country called china. For an example, take note that the peoples of the repressed Hong Kong area speak a different language to the peoples around Beijing. I wonder what the Uyghurs would say about the Europeans coming in and forcibly setting up business in ‘their’ country ? To late. Them mandarin speakers have beat them to it..... .

Seeing as no-one pinged me on the Drifter tank mathematics I doubt there’s any interest in this subject. Not really relevant to most light aircraft pilots any way..🙂 .

Um, No. Without Spray Tan or hair Trump is still the President..... or do somebody think personal appearance denotes ability’s ? I don’t think the Democrat who drew up this cartoon, or what-ever yer call it, thought it though. Perhaps we should look at some of the female democrat senators and see what they look like with-out the ‘make-up’ and hair styling. Weren’t It 80 year old Nancy Pelosi who got caught out at the hair dresser not wearing a china virus mask...😆

To help explain fuel tank moment arm re airframe CofG: The top tank in a Drifter is sloping backwards towards the top of the tank. When the tank is full its moment arm is further rear wards then when it is half full. I would say though in the 3 Drifters I owned over the years that I never noticed trim changes as I flew..🙂 .

Going back about 40 years ago I remember a helicopter mustering pilot who used to explore the full capability’s of his helicopters performance in every flight. He died when puttering along slowly on a motorbike behind a mob of cattle - hit a rock or something with the front wheel, didn’t slide, just landed wrong and were dead. Questions: Re airframe CofG. What is the moment arm (CofG) of the fuel tank? Do the level of fuel in the tank change its moment arm? How many fuel tanks ? If more then one tank are there fuel pumps to ‘rebalance’ ? If the engine is fuel injected where do the excess fuel go to ? .

Hmmm... so far we have no actual evidence of Trump committing a crime in relation to his personal income tax. Trump likely has little personal income to be taxed. Any tax payable likely came out of his company’s. Seems all Trump did before his current job were traveling around in his jet doing business. All business expenses in the USA are tax deductible as far as I know. I await any actual evidence of Trump committing a tax crime..... .

Hmmm... Subject I’ve covered before. Going back many years ago to the dawn of ADS-B, over at pprune forum I were warning of terrorists using GPS signals to guide bomb drones - Got laughed at quite a bit. Even had someone start up a thread from memory called “Bingys Buzz Bombs” Apparently, terrorists will never have GPS guided bomb drones..... Anyway... ADSB presents a big danger to light aircraft. ADSB needs GPS to work. As the ‘magenta line’ fixated idiots become more the norm in light aircraft looking outside the window will become a lost art. When the GPS signal gets turned off for what-ever reason then all light aircraft in the affected area will likely be grounded. .
